Imagine, and don’t forget we are only 2, the daily update in real time of all the plannings of France, Italy and Spain, we shouldn’t have time to answer you correctly.
On our site, you will find the descriptions of the places to stay we have personally visited or, in the worst case, were visited by our colleagues on the spot.
It is difficult and risky to make a reservation, for the only period of your holidays without knowing what will be.
For this reason we have prepared a work of selection and visited the places to stay of which we have colour picture.

We can help you in the choice of your place, we know them and our colleagues manage them.
You can pass by our office, at home, but if you live far away or if you don’t have a lot of time, we can treat your file by correspondance or by Email, with all guarantees wanted.

Once the choice determined, a hire contract is established. It determines our obligations.
An advance of 40% of the hire fee is due to pay eventually raised with insurances and file costs.
For reservations by correspondance, the copy of the hire contract has to be returned, signed, by post as well as the payment proof, within 3 days.

When you have determined your choice of 4 or 5 places to stay, you now have to verify the availability in real time.
Fill in the reservation form when you want to block a reservation. Only wanting to know if a place is available in order to reserve it for the next week has no sense
(in one week, many reservations are done).
Fill in all the rubrics as well as the name and the ages of all participants.
Fill in the places to stay in order of preference.
Fill in the dates and indicate if you want to subscribe an insurance.
To fill in, click on the button « Reservation form »
on the left of my picture on the welcome page, or on the back of the descriptive page of the place to stay ,
or click here « Reservation Form » .
After having filled in, send it by clicking on the button Send .
ATTENTION : THIS IS NOT YET A RESERVATION BUT A DEMAND FOR RESERVATION.
INSURANCES : you van subscribe a cancelling insurance (4,5 % of the renting amount), it covers the pay back of the hire amount in case
you should have to cancel for a probable and not predictable reason such as a broken bone while sporting just before your holidays, an accident,
a decease in the family or other bad luck that I don’t wish you but happens every year.
You can also subscribe an insurance renting responsibility (a once premium of 13 € for the whole family and period), which covers you in case of damage in the house you rent.

After having received the reservation form, we contact you as soon as we can to check with you which place pleases you the most in function of your choice (in the reservation form).
In this stage, in case of agreement, a hire contract will be sent to you, establishing all hire conditions (place to stay (Place to stay),
dates (Dates), price (Price), charges (Charges), insurances (Insurances),
general conditions (General Conditions), as well as the insurance policies if you decided to take them and the banking information.
TIP : You also can find the banking information in the email by which we send you the hire contract or in the accompanying letter or below.
The final reservation is linked to the payment of the advance (40 %) determined in the contract and to the returning of the signed contract by post or, even better, by fax.

The advance has to be paid at the moment of the reservation. For the reservations by correspondence, the reservation is final after having received the advance
or the proof of payment by fax or email.
The price (Price) of the renting is determined in the hire contract.
Below on the left under « Payments », « advance to pay within 3 days », you find the detail of the amount of the advance.
When reservations before December the 20th precede the year of the hire, an advance of 10 % is asked and the balance of the advance (30 %) before next January the 31st.

The balance has to be paid at last 5 weeks before leaving.
The payment date is indicated in the hire contract as well as the amount to pay with the guarantee if it has to be paid to BVS Holidays.
If you don’t pay within this term, the place can be rented in last minute and considered as cancelled.
The cancelling conditions are applied as specified in the hire contract. To pay the balance, you find the banking information above under 4) pay the balance.

Maximum 15 days before your departure, and after having received all the payments and the signed contract,
you’ll receive the entry form you have to give tot the local correspondent in order to receive the keys.
You will also receive the road description in order to find our local correspondent.

You find all information concerning the arrival in the entry documents.
On the entry form you will find the hiring conditions, the arrival and checking-out dates as well as the arrival hours.
It is important to respect the arrival time, we need some time to handle the check-out of the people before you.
If you arrive in the morning when the arrival time is 16h00, most probably you will not receive the keys.
In general the arrival is scheduled in the afternoon after 16h00 and the departure before 10h00.

We hope you have had a wonderful holiday and that the way back home will be without any problem.
If you had to pay a guarantee on the spot, this will be paid back in function of the local habits, ask for it at your arrival.
If you paid the guarantee to BVS Holidays, this will be paid back within 4 weeks after your return.

All the places to stay have been visited by us or by our colleagues on the spot, the information we give you are given in good faith.
However, it is impossible to re-visit all the places every year in all the regions.
If some information seems to be important for you (handicap, small children, or something else), ask for it so that we can give you the answer before you leaving.

All renting periods are in general from Saturday till Saturday, however some exceptions are confirmed in the descriptive page of the places to stay,
in the individual hire conditions. Hiring is done by nights, as in a hotel.
Arrivals are in the afternoon and departures in the morning before 10h00.

The charges are indicated in the description of the places to stay, in the individual hire conditions.
|
|
You can subscribe 2 insurances :
* Cancelling insurance with a premium of 4,5 % of the hire amount.
It covers the hire amount if for a probable and not predictable reason you can not go to the place or if you have to come home earlier.
The pay back can be partial and dividable, it means if you have to return 5 days before the end of your holidays, you will be paid back the equivalent of 5 nights of the hire amount,
or, if a part of the family or the group can not leave on holiday, still for a probable and not predictable reason, a pay back can be done pro rata the number of persons that could not leave.
* Insurance renting responsibility with a once premium of 13 €.
The insurance renting responsibility covers you against damage of which you are responsible while staying in the place you hired.
The advantage of the only premium of 13 € for the whole family and period adds to the advantage of the franchise of 13 €, which is not the case of home
or family insurances. For example, you break a deck chair in the garden, you would have to pay 26 € (premium + franchise).

1) GENERAL
The hirer acknowledges to have read the general and particular hire conditions that complete the present conditions and that are stipulated in the documentation
which he acknowledges to have received. The information is given as an indication, each important element to the hirer which could enhance an inconvenient,
is not taken into consideration than when it is confirmed on the moment of reservation, after having informed BVS Holidays.
2) REGISTRATION
During the registration, the hirer has to precise:
- the exact name of all participants and the exact number of participants and their ages
- if an animal is accompanying, of which the acceptance has to be stipulated on the hire contract.
The hirer has to, within 3 days of receiving the hire contract, effectuate the payment of an advance of 40% of the hire amount augmented by the
subscribed insurances, file costs and eventual supplements, making the hire definite.
The balance has to be paid at last 5 weeks before entering the rented on the account mentioned on the back. In case of registration less than 7 weeks
before entering the rented place, the total hire amount has to be paid immediately.
3) PRICE - PAYMENT
Our price don’t have a contracting value and are confirmed at the moment of the reservation.
No contest concerning the price of your staying can be accepted after the reservation.
In case of non-payment when due (5 weeks before entering the place), you’ll have to pay, in full justice, without reminder, a fixed delay interest of 1,5% per month.
Even more, a forfait indemnity of 15% of the total hire amount, with a minimum of 50 €, is due, as a penalty.
The non-payment within the delay can be considered by BVS Holidays as a unilateral cancellation from part of the hirer.
In this case the cancelling conditions of article 5 will be applied.
4) GUARANTEE
Renting implicates the payment of a guarantee, of which the applying conditions are fixed in the hire contract, in the opposite case it will be paid back
at last within the 4 weeks after having left the place après.
5) CANCELLING
Every cancelling must arrive in our office, by registered letter with receipt, the date of reception proving and allowing to determine the amount of cancelling cost:
- cancelling done more than 60 days before entering the hired place: 30% of the total hire amount.
- cancelling done between 60 and 45 days: 40% of the total hire amount.
- cancelling done less than 45 days before entering the hired place: 100% of the total hire amount.
It is understood that the file costs and insurance are not paid back.
Note: a cancelling insurance can be contracted at BVS Holidays: it costs 4,5% of the hire amount.
6) OBLIGATIONS OF BVS Holidays
In all circumstances, we act as a mandatory, in function of a formal and recognized mandate, between the hirer and the letter.
It means he only contracts, for the account of his clients, the places required without assuming in no way the responsibility of the execution of the letters obligations.
- BVS Holidays can not be assimilated as a transporter nor being held responsible for accidents or damages (more specific as after a robbery)
which can be produced during the execution of the letters obligations.
- The responsibility of BVS Holidays can not, and in no way, be engaged in case modifications affecting the hired place or its immediate environment
would not have been brought to the knowledge of the owner, on the date of the reservation or would happen between the moment of these
and the entry by the hirer into the place he hired.
- The responsibility of BVS Holidays can not, in no way, be engaged in case household machines should break down.
- When the hired place is not available for reasons independent from BVS Holidays, this one engages himself to have at the hirers disposition
an equivalent pace concerning capacity and price category within the limits of availability.
7) HIRERS OBLIGATIONS
- The hirer is the person mentioned in the hire contract.
The hirer reserving a villa for other occupants, is responsible jointly and separately for all those for whom he made the reservation.
- The hirer must precise the exact number of participants and their age. In case of a bigger number, the local correspondent has the possibility to refuse the entry.
This fact will be considered as a unilateral interruption of the hire contract from part or the hirer excluding all right of indemnity.
- Animals are only admitted with our approval.
- The dates and hours of occupation must be conscientiously be respected. If the entry in the place does not take place on the foreseen date,
or in case of late arrival, the hirer must advice the local correspondent.
- During the whole stay, the hirer is entirely responsible of the place. He engages himself to cover all costs resulting a fault or a neglecting by himself or by the occupants.
- The hirer will occupy the goods as a good family father.
- The furniture and objects that, at the end of the hire, should be missing or out of order, have to be paid or replaced y the hirer, with the approval of the local correspondent.
- The place has to be handed over in an impeccable clean condition, the dishes have to be washed and put away and the dust-bins put outside.
8) COMPLAINTS - AFTER-SALES
The hirer recognizes to have knowledge of the description.
- The hirer has to inform immediately the local correspondent of each irregularity concerning the equipment of the hired good. This complaint has to be done within 48 hours following your entry.
- The local correspondent representing BVS Holidays is charged to remedy each eventual irregularity when this prejudices seriously the rights of the hirer.
- Eventual complaints concerning the hired good, others than those concerning the equipment, have to be done directly to the co-contractors, by registered letter, within 48 hours following the entry on the premises. After this delay, complaints can not be taken into consideration any more.
- The hirer who refuses to take possession of the premises of which the state doesn’t seem to be conform to what he has the right to expect, and who wants his rent to be paid back, has to obtain a declaration made by a bailiff stating that the place is inhabitable.
- BVS Holidays can not be responsible of probable cases, force majeure or impediments that would disturb, interrupt or prevent the stay : they can in no case, justify an indemnity, whatever it takes.
9) LAWSUIT
Only the courts of Nivelles or the Justice de Paix in Jodoigne, are competent for every difference that might result from the interpretation, execution,
non-execution or application from present contract. In all cases the amount of the difference can not exceed the amount of the rent indicated in the contract.

All the prices are calculated as correct as possible and concern a week of 7 nights. In case of a hire of 4 succeeding weeks, a reduction can be accorded in function of the place. Our price are net.
TO PAY TO BVS Holidays :
* The hire: an advance of 40% and the balance 5 weeks before the departing date.
* File costs: 30 €. and 40 € for a reservation of 1 week
* Cancelling insurance: 4.5 % of the hire amount or cancelling insurance+ persons. Cancelling insurance + persons: 6 % of the hire amount with a minimum de of € per person.
* Insurance renting responsibility: a once premium of 13 €. In some cases (see tariff), the hire guarantee will be paid back 4 weeks after the end of your staying.
* In some cases, guarantee conditions are indicated in the individual tariff.
TO PAY ON THE SPOT :
* In some cases the charges (see tariff) : they are stipulated in the specific tariff of the place.
* Supplementary services: as an extra bed, a baby-bed, sometimes animal, or others.
* Guarantee: will be paid back along the habits of the local correspondent.
* Staying taxes: when there is asked for.
